The Government has announced significant changes to Singapore’s Executive Condominium (EC) framework, including:

▪️ Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) extended from 5 to 10 years
▪️ Higher priority allocation for first-time buyers
▪️ Extended priority period for first-timers
▪️ Removal of Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS)
