A good run for 2021! ๐คฉ
Reflection: You win some, you lose some.
Iโm not only thankful for the achievements but also the deals that burst and didnโt manage to go through. Although Iโm highly driven by outcomes, this year Iโve learned to enjoy the process and grow from my mistakes.
Iโm so grateful to have learned so much from all the cases Iโve handled and am fortunate to have helped my clients either secure a good selling price or buying their dream home in this crazy year!
The property market as you all know is CRAZY this year, there are so many opportunities for upgraders and homeowners and Iโm so happy to have helped my clients in making this big decision in their life.
There is no right time in selling/buying your property, there is also no one size fits all solution or โBest Buyโ in the market because everyoneโs financial/life situation is unique. Whatever the market cycle may be, there will still be property transactions going on.
More importantly I feel that I have the responsibility to empower my clients with the knowledge and keeping up with market trends so that they are able to make the right decisions.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all my clients (from strangers, to referrals, to family, and friends) for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for being a part of my first year realtor journey.
Not forgetting my mentors and colleagues for guiding me in this rocky journey, and being so helpful throughout.
