Property buying activity in Singapore has been revving up the past few months amidst low-interest rates,pent-up demand and a projected rise in HDB upgraders this year.

The Singapore government is paying "close attention" to the local real estate market " to ensure that it remains stable", said Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Kiat.

Possible steps could include a tweak in additional buyer stamp duties and tightening mortgage terms??? who knows???

So happy to hear a client say " I trust you". 5 years ago I helped Simon sell his mom's flat. This morning I received a beautiful pix msg from him " Good Morning...God Bless You".
