On 11 January 2023, The M @ Middle Road marked a significant milestone with a Topping Out Ceremony to celebrate the structural completion of the project.

The ceremony was officiated by Mr Edmund Cheng, Deputy Chairman of Wing Tai Holdings, Ms Tan Hwee Bin, Executive Director of Wing Tai Holdings, Mr Stéphane Montfort, Managing Director of Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd and Mr Kingsley Ng, Director of P&T Consultants Pte Ltd.

This achievement would not have been possible without the resilience and commitment of our project team and partners who worked hard to overcome the challenges and disruptions of the past few years.

We can’t wait for the completion of The M in mid-2023, and for homeowners to enjoy the city living experiences it will offer.
