1) ABSD will not impact mass market so much as mass market will not be so much of an idiot to pay ABSD for 2nd property all along. Luxury market in D9/D10 will be impacted and hit with foreigner paying 30% for ABSD.

2) TDSR reduce from 60% to 55% meaning TDSR equivalent of $6k ($1.33m loan ) to TDSR equivalent of $5.5k ($1.22m loan ).

The loan figures gap differ do not seem significantly big enough to impact.

3) HDB loan of 90% to 85% does not seem to affect as well as HDB 1st timer has substantial grants available to them as well these days for 1st timer and proximity grant.

Conclusion - Mass Market will unlikely to be affected. Knee jerk for a short moment and back to normal.

Unless Loan for HDB LTV is reduced further to 70% or TDSR is reduced to 40%.

When resale HDB is impacted, all Resale Condo and EC will be impacted.

Luxury Market will need time to digest.
