Good News for Tengah residents!

I'm pleased to announce the opening of slip roads connecting Tengah Town and PIE(Changi) via Tengah Boulevard and PIE (Tuas) to Tengah Town via Tengah Boulevard on Saturday, 5 October 2024, 5:00am.

These slip roads would provide an alternative connectivity to the existing Tengah Drive for residents between Tengah Town and PIE(Changi) from October 2024.The construction of the PIE/ Jurong Canal Drive vehicular interchange is currently being planned and is expected to be completed by 2028. This would allow for more movements connecting Tengah Boulevard to PIE(Tuas) and Jurong Canal Drive, thus enhancing the overall traffic flow and accessibility as well as inter-connectivity between the Jurong and Tengah Towns. This section will take some time to complete due to the construction of flyover, road junction and slip roads required to form the new vehicular interchange.

To ensure an efficient and reliable public transportation for our community as part of the car-lite initiative for Tengah Town, the existing Tengah Link will continue to remain as a bus priority corridor, i.e. only for buses.
