For the past 10 years, I’ve been managing this condo rental for my landlord, supporting 4 different tenants along the way. Each chapter came with its own story, goals, and milestones.
One tenant’s journey stands out.
After obtaining their PR, I assisted them 6 years ago to invest in their first property. They later migrated to Australia, and after handling the key collection, furnishing the unit and immediately rented out for 2 years.
I helped them sell when the lease expired— achieving a $200K gain. Watching clients progress and succeed is always deeply rewarding.
Today, the current tenant has just renewed their lease and is now planning ahead for their own home purchase once PR is secured. I’m currently doing research and planning options for them — because preparation always starts early.
