15 adjoining 2-storey terrace houses, located at 217-223A Guillemard Road and 1-21A Jalan Molek, was sold to Roxy-Pacific Holdings for S$93m.
The properties occupies a total land area of about 37,131 square feet (sq ft). This area will soon be developed into Mori, an exclusive freehold development with only 137 units, inspired by the modern wabi-sabi philosophy.
