‼️ *New Cooling Measures by Govt wef 16 Dec 2021* ‼️

🆕 1) ABSD rates *INCREASED* by 5-15%! 😱
▶️ From 16 Dec 2021 onwards, SC buyer for 2nd property *will have to pay $170,000 ABSD* instead of $120,000 ABSD for every $1mil property purchase price.

🆕 2) TDSR *REDUCED* from 60% to 55%! 😱
▶️ Buyers, who are earning $10,000 a month, *can only borrow $1,224,800 now* instead of $1,336,100. _(Based on 3.5% interest rate & 30 years tenure)_

🆕 3) HDB Loan (HLE) LTV *REDUCED* from 90% to 85%! 😱
▶️ Buyers who are taking HDB Loan will have to *pay min 15% Cash/CPF now* instead of the previous 10%.

📣 *Executive Condominiums (ECs) ARE NOT affected by these 3 new cooling measure!* 🤩😎
