When the promo was first announced, the very first thing I did was to check the caveats for the past transactions.

Same stack level 2 was transacted at $1.893m, under current promotion level 24 is asking at $1.85m. Itโ€™s a 23 floors height different & yet $43,000 cheaper.

So I texted my buyer who is in the market looking for a โ€œgoodโ€ deal, and when he saw my msg, he doesnโ€™t really have to โ€œthinkโ€ too much, straight away we reserved that unit & the rest is history. Yes we really make history in One Pearl Bank. The historical cheapest unit within the whole stack.
