Selling in Ubi is no joke!
The competition was CRAZY. 😂

In our block alone, there were 4 units on the market, with the cheapest asking at $545K. We were the highest asking at $590K!

And the toughest competitor? An unit just ONE FLOOR BELOW us, asking for only $550K 😮‍💨

Both units were sold in the same month, but here’s the result…
Our unit sold for $20,888 𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑬! 🥹

Nearly 6 months of marketing, countless efforts, patience, and navigating the competition — but what matters most to me is that we eventually achieved a price my seller was happy to say YES to! ❤️

September was a month to remember 🩵

Our viewings went crazy! We flew to Guangzhou on 31 August for our wedding shoot and came back at 5am on 5 September, just in time for nearly 20 viewings over Saturday & Sunday. 🥹

Safe to say, we went straight from wedding mode back to work mode. 😂

It was a really hectic month, with lots of running around, late nights and moments where we barely had time to catch our breath.

But looking back, we’re just incredibly thankful that we got to end September with 4 sales & 6 rentals closed 🩵

To all our clients, friends and everyone who has supported and referred us — thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We know that your trust is never something we are entitled to, and we will continue to do our best to live up to it.

September was exhausting, but in the best possible way. 🥹

🏠 COMPLETION DAY ❤️

This is the second time in a year that I’ve had the privilege of helping this seller with the sale of her property.

But this time, it wasn’t just another property transaction.

I was helping her sell her late brother’s HDB home — a place that held memories, emotions, and a chapter of her family’s story.

满满的爱 ❤️ from a buyer turned friend & neighbour!

This buyer first came to me when they were viewing a unit I was marketing in Ubi. As it was their first property purchase, I took the time to walk them through the entire timeline, finances and process — making sure they fully understood what they were getting into and, most importantly, could move forward with peace of mind.

Along the way, I continued guiding them through the various procedures and paperwork, even though I didn’t earn a single cent from their purchase

But I guess I got something even better in return for my sweet tooth…
