Only they know the lengths we had to go to to get this done but I’m thankful they trusted my approach. & we finally got it!!!!

I’ll always remember this couple bcos they met me when I had no credentials, no stellar reviews backing up my reputation yet. Just an iPad and my black Porter bag.

We met when they wanted to rent a 2 bedder that I was listing (an open listing with competing agents). All I had was my tenacity, hunger and eagerness to do my best. There wasn’t even a car but they never judged me. They gave me a chance to work on their rental, then their sale, then another purchase and another purchase etc. Multiple transactions later, it is my honour to still transact for you. Throughout the whole time, they’ve always been gentle, always thoughtful, always encouraging n supportive.

Who would trust a fresh agent?
In that season when I faced so many rejections through door knocking and even with warm leads, they did.

Offers are time sensitive, and so is negotiation.

It’s been quite a power packed Monday of analysis, quick decisions and emotions. Securing this OTP was like running through a survival course with a tight deadline.

Together with the buyers, we’ve had to bridge the gap of negotiating across timezones and edging out competition, keeping it cool while the clock for deadlines was ticking, understanding and reconsidering the option from many fronts to make it a purchase worthwhile.

Nothing beats starting Monday morning with the sellers’ smiles! OTP ISSUED!

Sold in 3 days.
What started with an introduction to understand why exclusives are important, how the market is moving, a discussion of the challenges the sellers faced when they were trying to sell the home, became a real exclusive listing and an eventual sale!

Here’s us celebrating with the OTP!!!

This unit was initially sold but the buyer met with some challenges and couldn’t exercise option so we had to re-market the unit asap.

With 8 groups over the weekend, we are relieved and thankful to have secured a better offer! Really thankful for the network of cobroke agents who swiftly arranged for appointments and made this possible. But in a quieter market to reissue at such a speed even with the tenant overseas (they entrusted us with access that made viewings possible anytime), is truly by the grace of God.

We do our best, turn up and keep pushing but ultimately it’s God who protects n provides and we are just glad clients stood by us and allowed us to handle everything. THANK YOU 🤍

2 Options secured in a month for the buyers.

Sometimes agents give up serving buyers directly bcos many buyers today already have knowledge and resources on what to look out for, transaction prices, masterplan updates etc.

But real time on the ground experience, value perspective and negotiation skills make the difference. Only then can they see the value of paying commission for purchase.

Value add and share everything with the buyers even if it means they could walk away with everything you’ve shared and diy on their own bcos at the end of the day, this is what differentiates you from the rest - to give your all bcos you really want the best for them.

I’m grateful for the trust both buyers have given us to handle negotiations for them and we managed to achieve cost savings with a peace of mind for transaction handling.
