If I had $1.5M to deploy into property today, here’s what I’d avoid:

❌ Buying purely for prestige
❌ Properties with shallow buyer demand
❌ Over-concentrating into weak assets

At this price point, mistakes get expensive.

I’d focus on entry price, demand depth, and a clear exit strategy.

That’s how you protect your downside while positioning for upside.
