I believe that opportunities don’t just happen, we create them. I started at the age of 40, to re-think about my future goals. I want to re-create opportunities for myself and family. In addition to clocking my usual CPE hours, I took up RES classes. I am always looking forward to the interesting and interactive sessions with the trainers. And here I am with PropNex as a licensed real estate sales

person. My key goal is to empower all interested parties with the knowledge on real estate, to guide and walk through them the whole journey. My role as a realtor is not just as a salesperson. Introduce people to homes till they finally fall in love with one. We can always dream big. Let's start off with capitalising on current resources and build assets. No dream is too small to start with. Willingness is the key.

The monthly household income ceiling to be eligible for EC purchase is S$16,000 while that of BTO HDB flats is S$14,000. Especially catered for the “sandwiched class” - higher household income group who are disqualified from buying a new BTO from HDB and want to enjoy the facilities of a private residential property. So this is the hybrid design which may suit you. Affordability with condo facilities.
There are about 420 unsold new EC units in the market. And there’s another Bukit Batok EC which is expected to launch in early 2024.

A new development is underway at 30 Cosford Road. We are having another food and container park at Cosford Road. Visitors can expect scenic views of Changi Airport’s landing strip and enjoy all-day dining with over 340 person seating capacity. Not only that, Cosford Container Park also offers live music and sports broadcast!!
Cosford Container Park is a 10 minutes drive away from Tampines and Pasir Ris. Currently, we have Georges @ The Cove and Ohana Beach House, a water sports themed bar. Both are located at Pasir Ris Park (landed enclave area), whereby visitors dine and chill under the moonlight, hear sea waves swash up the beach and enjoy the gentle sea breeze.
Cosford Container Park will provide a totally different experience from the 2 restaurants. This project is scheduled to open in Q3 2023. Now it's already mid-Apr, so we won't have to wait too long, maybe another 2-3 months..
Is this 1 of the projects / development plans for the Eastern region of Singapore? It could be a sign for higher future demand for residential / commercial properties.

GuocoLand won the bid at Lentor Gardens GLS site. This is GuocoLand's third project in the Lentor Hills estate!!
This development will be a residential project with around 530 units, will comprise a combination of 8-storey blocks and 16-storey towers with sky terraces. To add convenience to families with young families, there will be a more than 6,000 sqft of childcare facilities.
In the meanwhile, let's wait patiently for its launch in H2 2024!!!

GuocoLand says the new development at the site will have around 530 units and is expected to be ready for launch in the second half of 2024.

It's a 300-room Swissôtel Genting Highlands, standing 30 storeys tall with views of the surrounding mountains. Now at Q2 2023 so it's a good 5 years wait as this development is targeted to open in Q3 2028.
Another accommodation alternative at Genting Highlands for the locals and Singaporeans for a short getaway!!

Located in the Northeast of Singapore is a beautiful town named Punggol. Most of us will think of 3 things when it comes to Punggol: Coney Island, Seafood @ Punggol Settlement that comes with splendid seaside view and the Punggol Waterway Park.
The latest plan for Punggol is a smart-tech focused business park "Punggol Digital District" (PDD) near Punggol Point. Together with UOB and Singapore top tech associations, SIT new campus will be there too.
With potential tenants from both locals and abroad, accommodation for the expatriates and their families is a necessity. When JTC’s Punggol Digital District (PDD) opens progressively in 2024, what's the likely trend for the rental prices around the area?

This is the second major residential launch in D15 in year 2023. The indicative prices range from S$2,580 psf to more than S$2,800 psf. And this freehold development house 816 units in 6 blocks, with more than 60% in 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms.
