Canberra Drive EC’s top land bid sits about S$16 psf ppr below one RCR private condo’s land rate.

Over 50 listings sitting in the market for this one property type.
90% of them cannot find a buyer.

The market says these owners are stuck.

I took listings that sat for 3 years…
and sold them within 1 month.

Most people think buying is the hard part.
