Blessed to receive this recognition for a good job done in the first half of 2025! It was a tough balancing act while being in the later stages of pregnancy but well, mama pulled through! With strokes of luck, the support from many friends and family, but also lots of behind the scenes hardwork. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you to all of you (you know who you are) who have been pivotal in this success and my journey for growth and learning! Not forgetting also my home team who hold the fort at home when I’m out.

Assisted my buyer in securing a 883sqft middle-floor 3-bedder unit at River Green. The brief was simple, a development for healthy capital growth and a unit that is a good value buy.

We failed twice due to unfortunate ballot numbers, and after months of waiting and monitoring the new launch market, we were finally presented with River Green!

River Green with its unique efficient yet flexible layouts provided very attractive entry prices for district 9. The location also had many great attributes including being stone’s throw away to a great mall, an MRT station and a reputable school.

As 2-bedders started selling out, we were left with just very high floor options and so we shifted our focus to 3-bedders and capitalized on the opportunity to own a bigger unit which is not far off in price.

It was a long journey but absolutely glad to deliver and certainly grateful for their trust despite being based overseas!
