I am pleased to have helped my client with the sale of this apartment that also made it to EdgeProp’s headlines for good reasons. I worked with the seller on their financial targets, aligned that with market pricing to come up with a strategy for a unique target audience.

Many are unaware, but this beautiful property sits on the land that used to be the Villa of President, Benjamin Henry Sheares. A developer constructed this 65 unit condominium that has such a good flow of light and energy.
