We're thrilled to announce a growing partnership with the Korean International Schools in Vietnam! Starting in 2025, our facilities management team will be leading Food Services at both the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City campuses, supporting over 2,000 students at each location.

Our experienced team of Food and Education sector specialists (with over 25 years of expertise!) will bring a fresh approach to student well-being, focusing on high-quality meals tailored to students' tastes—featuring a mix of Korean, Western, and Vietnamese dishes.

For us at Aden Vietnam, this collaboration isn’t just a milestone for 2025—it marks a new chapter in strengthening our ties with the Korean community and the education sector here. With over 178,000 Koreans living and working in Vietnam, we're proud to be part of this dynamic, thriving community.

We proudly celebrated a monumental milestone on February 4, 2025: the successful handover of Mekong Energy Company Limited’s electrical plant to EVN, Vietnam’s national electricity company!

From our first steps on site in 2005 to today, this journey has been defined by growth, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Over the years, Aden Vietnam has proudly handled HVAC and electrical maintenance, tackling challenges, expanding responsibilities, and embedding a safety-first mindset that has protected countless lives.

In 2024, we celebrated an incredible milestone—2,000,000 accident-free work hours, reflecting our commitment to safety and the strong partnership between Aden and Mekong Energy.

As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue innovating, learning, and setting new standards for facility solutions. Here’s to the next chapter of sustainable, safe progress!

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with HTE (PT Halmahera Transportasi Energi), a leading mining company and subsidiary of Halmahera Sukses Mineral (HSM), one of the top names in Asia’s mining sector.

In this new project, Aden Indonesia will be delivering FM services to support HTE’s workforce at their Halmahera mining site. With nearly 400 personnel onsite, our team is committed to providing the highest quality services to ensure optimal living and working conditions for HTE’s employees.

This collaboration represents a key milestone as we join forces with HTE to contribute toward sustainable mining operations in Indonesia. Looking forward to exploring further cooperation opportunities with our valued partners, delivering innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions.

The back-to-school season is here, and Aden Services is currently busy working with clients across APAC. Since its establishment in 1997, Aden has built a strong presence in the education sector, particularly in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with a focus on creating safe and sustainable environments for students and schools.

Here is a quick look at our footprint across APAC in the education sector:

· Over 30 million meals are served annually by local and international chefs.
· We serve over 60 schools of all types in the major cities of China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
· We deliver full IFM services, including catering, security, cleaning, maintenance, and energy solutions.
· Certified nutritionists are equipped at the sites, developing a variety of healthy meal concepts that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
· We have a strong digital presence to offer TAM, energy transition, and IFM solutions. Partnering with our digital twin company Akila, we are providing new opportunities for multi-campus deployment of digital solutions for educational institutions.
· We help our clients to achieve their sustainability agenda through multiple initiatives such as using biodegradable packaging, avoiding single use plastics, food waste reduction programs, and carbon reduction-based menu planning and Scope 3 reporting.

3D modeling with hashtag BIM software has existed for decades and should facilitate huge jumps for the buildings sector – making important data transparent accessible; fine tuning the building’s design with future users and operational experts; controlling expensive reworks and energy demand that is being driven up by climate change and extreme weather.

So why is it that 80% of building projects still go over budget and 77% are delivered late?

Answer: it’s not just about having digital tools; it’s about having the right approach to their use – based on the principle of “digital from day one” and requiring collaboration in the digital space from all stakeholders who contribute to the building over its lifetime.
