What's on all that empty land at Bayshore?

Minister for National Development Mr Desmond Lee unveiled the masterplan for the new Bayshore housing estate at the HDB Awards Ceremony on 16 October 2023. When fully developed, this housing estate will offer about 10,000 new homes, of which about 7,000 units (70%) will be set aside for public housing.
