Plot B along Ulu Pandan Road, next to Pinetree Hill is won at $1,223psfppr by MCL.
Another interesting point is that UOL defensive bid is only $988psfppr. This shows that they are quite confident any bid above $988 will not be able to sell substantially ‘lower’ than Pinetree Hill (after factoring in the recent harmonization rules).
The winning bid is $1,223psfppr. So how much do you think plot B will sell in a year’s time when it’s launched?
Also, Clementi Avenue 1 is even higher at $1,250psfppr, which means that Clementi will likely be priced higher at launch as well
