A lot of my clients ask me: When's the best time to enter the market?

Good news!! Consumer inflation is easing month on month and continuing to drop on a 12 months trailing basis.

There's less pressure and more reason to believe that INTEREST Rates are NEAR/AT the PEAK and they should take a tumble as per the Fed forecast.

"HDB said it will exercise flexibility for buyers with documentary proof that they had obtained the option to purchase before the policy changes and waive the 15-month wait-out period.

These buyers would have to show proof of payment of the option fee or the option exercise fee before Sept 30, for HDB to process their appeals favourably."

- No 15 Months Wait Out Period is Required if you're 55 Years Old and Above, Purchasing a 4room Flat or Smaller.
