Developer's sales for the week of 7 – 13 Feb 2022 was 121 units

Sing Holdings Limited won the bid for North Gaia situated at Yishun Avenue 9 near to Junction 9 new shopping mall. The developer was awarded the tender by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) after submitting a top bid of $373.5 million, translating to a land rate of $576 psf ppr, beating the other 6 bids.

North Gaia sits on 21,518.8 m2 of land with a maximum GFA of 60,240 sq m. The upcoming executive condo is expected to house up to 600 units.

North Gaia EC is situated 5 mins walk to Junction 9, putting future residents within a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, food courts, and shops. It’s also within walking distance to Yishun Bus Terminal and Yishun MRT station that runs on the North-South line.
