We are into day 4 of the preview for Emerald of Katong. Response since the 1st of November has been overwhelming, and even today, 4th November, on a Monday morning, despite the heavy rain, keen buyers turned up as early as 9.30am before showflat opens at 10am!!
In a never before seen situation whereby 6 major project launches are happening concurrently, Emerald of Katong, first GFA Harmonization project in the very sought after D15 of Singapore, buyers ranging from investors, upgraders and owners seeking their dream home for their beloved family, offers very attractive prices, that allows buyers a decent price gap advantage over surrounding projects recently launched!!
Coupled with renewed confidence as interest rates started falling, with further cuts very soon, the market has reacted!!
So my friends who see this post, it has been awhile since I can really answer this question. "When is a good time to buy"? And my answer would be.. THERE'S NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW!!
With 6 major launches happening all at once, how would you reckon the developers are going to price their units? And if you carry on sitting on the fence, and wait till interest rates drop further and more buyers flock in and swoop units away, what would you think would happen to real estate prices??
