URA市区重建局刚刚发布的最新数据：因为多个新私宅项目集中登场，发展商7月共卖出1,412个单位，比去年同期增加69％。

其中，代表中档私宅的其他中央区（RCR）销量最高，共卖出836个新私宅单位，代表高档私宅的核心中央区（CCR）也贡献了88个单位。
