2023 has been a learning journey of being consistent and focus. Sold another million dollar HDB that’s over 40 years old, and several other homes in just one viewing.

The greatest joy comes from assisting families to achieve their goal, and meeting up with clients whom I helped 3 years ago to cash out their profit and reframe their property portfolio.

I’m also blessed to have met a couple of families whom trusted their biggest purchase in life to my analysis and planning. Transacted one of the biggest purchase thus far, with the trust & support of a young couple whom I only met less than a week. Also seeing how another couple goes from HDB, to an EC and eventually cash out a 500K profit and upgrading their property portfolio to a 2.3M property. It must not have been an easy journey to move from a 400K to 1M property and eventually settle down with a 2.3M purchase at the age of 50. Despite having uncertainties and fear, I’m thankful that they trusted my analysis and took the leap of faith.

In 2024, I strives to empower myself with more knowledge and helping more families to achieve their dreams.

Feeling grateful to be able to cross path with this beautiful couple whom trusted me with one of the biggest purchase of their life 🏡

Similar to many people out there, this couple has the same struggle of deciding between New launch or Resale and weighing out the importance of own stay vs investment.
