**Please note : To join the WhatsApp Owner groupchat there will be verifications required to ensure the PDPA of the owners will be at lower risk of being compromised.

We will require the verification of documents before we add you into the groupchat. Initially we will only allow Home Owners to join as there isn’t any tenants yet but subsequently we will allow tenants to join so that they will be updated of the community’s activities.

We hope you do not feel offended when asked to produce documents for verification as it is for the safety of the community’s PDPA. There will only be 1 owner verifying the documents so you can be assured that your documents are safe and will not be circulated.

Hopefully they are starting to open up the hoarding at the corner of Blk 34 along Holland Road side.
