Contemplated posting this because it feels a little vulnerable.
Jotting down my reflection for yesterday’s training. One thing I realised is that when calling a lead from ads, I often worry about whether I’ll say the wrong thing, ask the wrong question or not have enough information to even kickstart the call. I’d always want to have a perfect script of what to say, so that my money won’t be wasted, but I ended up contemplating to call and forget about calling sometimes.
The session also made me realise that, just by listening, be present and being myself during the conversation, it may just be the thing that makes the client be open to sharing more. Also, doing is better than perfecting because that’s how we improve and become better. I’ve done it before so I definitely can do better by being more consistent.
