✨ No April Fools here…. April was an absolute whirlwind, and I loved every second of it! 🌪️✨

As a Mummy Realtor, balancing work and family takes careful planning, but moments like these make it all worth it…

✈️ The Airport Dash: Literally felt like a scene from a movie! I managed to catch my client right before his flight to get his OTP signed. Definitely one for the memory books! 📝💼

🤸‍♂️ Superstar Azlan: Another huge highlight was watching my little champion at his gymnastics competition! He was literally galloping to the judges’ table, full of energy. He smashed his personal best, coming in overall 4th, plus bagging 3rd for vault and 4th for floor! 🥉
✨ The best part? Seeing his mindset shift instantly. He went from complaining about extra repetitions in training to being genuinely excited to work harder. The power of a growth mindset! Masya’Allah. 🥹❤️

💃 Bollywood Nights: Joining AMJ Synergy has been amazing, and I got to let loose and dance at our Bollywood-themed gala!
Fun fact: My entire look cost only $5! (Shoutout to Shein for the $5 accessories, a fellow Synergian for gifting the attire, and doing my own makeup!). 🏽✨

🌙 Raya & Family: April was filled with beautiful Raya visiting. We hosted the SGTR, and Azhar even had his best friend over. My heart (and house) was so full! 🏡✨

📖 A Miracle Milestone: My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Azhar, my resilient ADHDer who navigates Dysgraphia and Dyslexia, officially moved up to the Quran! This is a massive milestone that Allah SWT has allowed to happen by His grace. I am forever grateful for His mercy, guidance, and endless blessings. 🤲❤️

Looking back, I’m so glad I lived April exactly how it should be….full of life, growth, and pure happiness. Ready to keep this momentum going! 🚀 ﷽

I’m so thankful to have helped this lovely family upgrade to their dream home! They are now officially the owners of a beautifully renovated, high-floor corner unit with tons of space for their growing kids.

A New Chapter, A Faster Start 🚀

Making the move from PropNex to ERA Realty Network was a deliberate choice to challenge myself and unlock the next level of my real estate career.
Change can be daunting, but the right environment accelerates success.

Collected my ERA card on the 27 February and Alhamdulillah I am incredibly thrilled to share that despite being with ERA for just a matter of days, I have been honored with the ERA Star Achiever Award.

This milestone isn’t just a personal win; it is a testament to the incredible trust and faith placed in me. I want to express my deepest gratitude to:
• My amazing clients who continue to trust me with their property journeys, transitioning seamlessly alongside me.

The Journey Continues ✨

Many things happened in March. Iftar & terawih with loved ones, goodies delivery to my clients that I was packing when my dad was in hospital, doing up LPA for my parents and I, raya with people I love and of course real estate activities like attending the Property Investment Masterclass,video taking, closing deals and completion. March was definitely a fun one.
