Alhamdulillah. I manage to sell my client’s house and their next housing is fully paid. Plus, they manage to reach their full retirement sum. So they will be enjoying an increase monthly pay out from their CPF.

They can now retire comfortably in their new home! ☺️

New Cooling Measures are out.

1. 15 months wait out period for those who is moving from Private property to resale. There was no wait out period previously.

2. HDB Loan To Value down to 80% from previously 85%. Means there is a 20% downpayment for purchasing HDB units.

3. HDB will be using 3% interest rate to assess future loans.
