Often times we get so caught up in the opinions of others, forgetting that this life is really ours to live. Growing up, I used to care A LOT of what others perceived me but thankfully this quote from the book “The Four Agreements” stuck with me.

Nothing other people do is because of you. It is because of themselves. Even when the situation seems deeply personal, it really has nothing to do with you 😂

There’s a huge amount of freedom that comes to you when you start taking nothing personally! You start being responsible for your own actions, not the actions of others 😉
