We met this client a few months ago and shared with her the current market sentiments. After which, she shared with us she has an investment property which she bought as resale a few years back and as a result of today’s inventory shortage, the property’s valuation has gone up a lot. Whilst we told her, it’s a good time to sell, buying also must exercise caution. But no worries as we will be there to guide her buying process every step of the way.
She then very firmly told us, “I must do something with my property this year!”
We met for a second time and ran through her property’s possible selling price, her ROI and how we can help her to realise a good profit for her in today’s hot market. With our marketing strategy in place, we sold her investment property within 2 weeks with record price.
After settling her selling, just nice it was the AMO Residence launch, which we suggested to her to view as it’s has good attributes. But alas, it wasn’t meant to be as our ballot number came in 3rd, from the back 🤣. Shock of our lives seriously, we’ve never gotten such rotten balloting slot.
AMO sold 98% on the first day at record breaking psf of $21xx-23xx for Outside Core Region. Leaving no choice units for us, we quickly reorganised our thoughts and search for hidden undervalued projects - those selling at old land prices. The rest was history, buyer realised a city fringe project selling at OCR project price is a value buy, she made a decision very swiftly and here we are today. 😊
