This is a small private event which we hold every year as a team to come together and celebrate the successes of the individuals we are really happy and thankful for.

This is the second year with the team .realestate and I’m really delighted and proud to know that the team has grown from a humble few in 2018 to more than 100 members on board till date.

There are many different teams within the industry and all are of different characteristics and dynamics but am grateful for this bunch!

At this year’s Gala I’m grateful to receive these awards;

1. 5th Position Top Producers
2. Most Improved Realtor

The 2nd award really means the most to me coming from being ranked one of the last few in 2020 to Top 5 in 2021. This proves that as long as you put in the work you’ll be able to achieve the desired results 🤩

Lastly, I would like to give thanks to these amazing people in my life as these achievements wouldn’t be possible without them;

1. My wife for staying by my side and supporting me despite all the tough times and situations we have faced. Supporting me financially and mentally in my career when I was struggling ❤️
2. My mentor and brother for continuously believing in me despite performing badly in 2020, hope I at least made you a little proud 😬
3. My supportive team .realestate for constantly motivating and keeping each other accountable! 😇
4. My beloved clients for placing their trust in me with their property portfolio, will continue to strive and improve myself to serve them and future clients better 🥰

Super happy to have assisted another client who have recently sold their resale HDB which was not making money to upgrade to 2 private properties 🤩
The first private property they choose was a brand new 5 bedroom in Upper Bukit Timah for own stay and for their second one for investment, they were uncertain of which one to buy since there’s so many in the market! 🤔
But after running through our real estate investment philosophies as well as an in depth analysis of all their options in the market, we managed to conclude that the 3 BR at DFR is projected to be the most profitable choice that’s within their budget 😍
With property prices increasing, many are rushing into buying properties and this will result in making the wrong decision without the proper fundamentals and research 😅
Thankful to work alongside my bro who is always very objective when it comes to investments as well as for helping us secure the unit! 🥰

In .realestate we are all fervent believers in objective investments based of facts and figures and we are glad to be able to meet a client that was on the same page as us! 😌
After sharing with him our in depth analysis and the projected returns, he immediately commit to a 2 BR unit without even coming down to the showflat! 🤩
Thankful to be able to help this client alongside my bro who remained calm despite having 2 out of 3 units we shortlisted being sold on the same day our client decided to commit. Also thankful to have our JNA super star tagger in helping us fight for our choiced unit 🥰

Blessed to be ranked 22th out of 9000+ agents in PropNex for the month of April as well as achieving the prestigious platinum award! 🥳
I remember back in 2018 when I first met , the first thing I told him was that I want to be a platinum award achiever like him and today I finally did it! 😌 Thanks for always believing in me brother! ❤️
Truth to be told, the past 2 years in the real estate industry hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing and for those who know me personally would know that the main reason was because I was constantly distracted for the majority of my career but I’m extremely thankful to have a very supportive team behind my back to pull me back on track whenever I’m steering off course 🥰🥰
Lastly and most importantly, this award wouldn’t be possible without my beloved clients that have placed their trust in me and I will continue to do my best for them 🙏🏻
