Blessed and Thankful month!

Had a long journey together to scout for a dream home for one client’s retirement. After numerous viewings in this 1 year journey, we have finally found a beautiful nice unit that suits her needs and she feels good in despite the COV. Whereas recently, I helped a friend and his wife find their dream home without COV in just their first viewing. It’s really 缘分 sometimes during house choosing.

It was a fulfilling and fun career thus far.

Managed to help some of my clients who are having problem with their loans etc plan for their retirement and cash out from their property to prepare for their retirement. Also spot some good buy new launch/resale properties for my friends and relatives that has appreciated substantially these 2 years.

Recently helped my friend’s foreign friends to settle down their families in Singapore. We became good friends through the journey of sourcing for house and video calling them showing the environment and where the school is months before they arrive in Singapore. Finally driving them around to get furnitures for their new place when they have arrived.

So happy to see the smiles on their faces. 🥰

Congratulations to my buyers! Managed to recommend them a nice unit that is extremely convenient and at a good price as their first Matrimony home! 😃

Luckily that I arranged to meet them 45min before the appointment. Had some hiccups in the Cashier Order but we managed to settle it before the appointment 😊

Awaiting to see their transformed unit in a few weeks time! First home will always have a great impact and form the most powerful memories! So excited for them to journey on a new phase of their lives! 🥰
