What touched me most was having family as one of our core values, alongside integrity and respect. Blessed and Thankful month!

Searching for house is an amazing journey that can be tiring but no worries I will be there for you to assist in their process and the paperwork, negotiations etc seamlessly.

Had a long journey together to scout for a dream home for one client’s retirement. After numerous viewings in this 1 year journey, we have finally found a beautiful nice unit that suits her needs and she feels good in despite the COV. Whereas recently, I helped a friend and his wife find their dream home without COV in just their first viewing. It’s really 缘分 sometimes during house choosing.

It’s a fun and fulfilling journey to see my friends, families and clients turned friends happily received their keys during completion no matter is it a new launch or a resale house. The joy and sense of achievement to help them find their dream home is incredible!

Thankful for the continual support by friends, families and clients. Received a Silver Award from SEAA.

It was a fulfilling and fun career thus far.

Managed to help some of my clients who are having problem with their loans etc plan for their retirement and cash out from their property to prepare for their retirement. Also spot some good buy new launch/resale properties for my friends and relatives that has appreciated substantially these 2 years.

Recently helped my friend’s foreign friends to settle down their families in Singapore. We became good friends through the journey of sourcing for house and video calling them showing the environment and where the school is months before they arrive in Singapore. Finally driving them around to get furnitures for their new place when they have arrived.

So happy to see the smiles on their faces. 🥰
