Developers sold a total of 135 units (excluding ECs) in the month of December, as compared to the 784 units transacted in November.

🌟Leading the pack was The Continuum, selling 17 units at $2,755 psf. Following closely, The Landmark sold 13 units at the median unit price of $2,853 psf.
💼 The luxury segment witnessed extraordinary sales at Watten House, including two transactions over $14 million. One of the highlights was a 4,080 sq ft penthouse unit fetching $14.4 million ($3,520 psf).
📈 RCR and OCR regions shine with impressive year-on-year growth in home sales!
🔍 RCR saw a 22.2% (y-o-y) increase, with sales jumping from 54 units (Dec 2022) to 66 units (Dec 2023). OCR experienced an even greater surge of 66.7% (y-o-y), from 27 units (Dec 2022) to 45 units (Dec 2023) in the same period. 📊
