Thank you .kitchen for the sharing of this Bread Cake recipe! Really love โค๏ธ it. Bread texture is so soft and the outer layer of cake is not so sweet as I cut down the sugar to 70gm instead of 80gm. I placed both loaf tins on a tray with some warm water and put in in the oven instead to help the bread inside to rise. End result was great ๐Ÿ‘ โค๏ธ

Swipe to 3rd photo Sourdough caramelised mushrooms-onions with cheese! Yummy right? All used stiff sweet starter which took more than 6hours to double volume. Bench proofed for 8hours before I put in oven to bake!
