Not every ballot queue number gives buyers peace of mind.

With a number that was far from ideal, my clients had to stay hopeful while
mentally preparing for backup plans throughout the entire selection process. We continued shortlisting stacks carefully, studying what could still make sense by their turn, while also weighing a much bigger financial decision behind the scenes— whether decoupling or ABSD remission would be the wiser route moving forward.

Thankfully, after many rounds of recalculations, discussions and tossing between options, we were still fortunate enough to secure a unit that met both their needs and budget. A timely reminder that securing a property is often not just about choosing a unit — it is about keeping emotions steady, having backup plans ready and making the right call when the opportunity finally opens.
