That’s a $405 psf ppr difference in land cost.

Something worth thinking about when comparing today’s new launches with what could be coming next.

A stroll around Marina Bay after dinner tonight.

Looking at the skyline today, it’s hard to imagine how different this place looked 20 years ago. The Sail was launched in 2004 at around $900psf when much of the Marina Bay was still undeveloped. What a transformation over the years.
