Last Sunday, the Fraxtor Singapore team came together at the beautiful Punggol Promenade Nature Walk for the Carry Hope 2026 Walk/Run organised by the Rare Disorders Society (Singapore)(RDSS). 💙

For the third year running, this is a cause that remains deeply meaningful to us. Beyond fundraising, being present at Carry Hope is always a powerful reminder of why this matters. It is an opportunity to stand alongside the rare disease community, learn more about the challenges many families quietly navigate every day, and witness the incredible resilience, strength, and hope that inspire this movement.

We are grateful to have spent the morning walking alongside fellow supporters, families, volunteers, and participants — all united by a shared purpose: to bring greater awareness and meaningful support to individuals living with rare disorders and their caregivers.

While the walk may be over, our fundraising journey continues.
We are still raising funds in support of RDSS’ VitalCare Support Subsidy, which helps families access essential homecare equipment, therapy, medical consumables, and caregiving support.

If you are able to, we would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every contribution, no matter the amount, goes a long way in making a meaningful difference.

We recently hosted another edition of Fraxtor Cocktails & Conversations — an evening dedicated to meaningful connections, insightful conversations, and catching up with both familiar and new faces from our investor community.

It was a pleasure reconnecting with long-time investors while also welcoming new ones over an evening of engaging discussions and great company. Events like these remind us that beyond investments, it is the relationships and shared conversations that truly matter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us — we look forward to many more conversations ahead. 🥂

For the third year running, Fraxtor Singapore is proud to support the Rare Disorders Society (Singapore) (RDSS) through the Carry Hope 2026 campaign — a cause that has become deeply meaningful to us.

Over the years, Carry Hope has opened our eyes to a part of our Singapore community that many of us may not often see — individuals and families living with rare diseases. Behind every diagnosis is a story of resilience, courage, and quiet strength. Families navigating challenges that extend far beyond medical care, from emotional and financial pressures to the realities of long-term caregiving.

Through our involvement, we have had the privilege of learning more about the rare disease community and witnessing the remarkable resilience of families who face each day with strength and hope despite immense challenges. It also reminded us how important empathy, awareness, and collective support are in helping these families feel seen and supported. This is why we continue to stand behind this cause.

Funds raised through Carry Hope 2026 will go towards RDSS’ VitalCare Support Subsidy, helping families access essential homecare equipment, medical consumables, therapy, and caregiving support — resources that can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.

If you are able to, we invite you to support this meaningful cause by donating to our fundraising campaign. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps bring hope and support to families who need it most.

Together, we can make a difference — one act of kindness, one donation, and one family at a time. ❤️ Donate here: https://www.giving.sg/donate/campaign/fpl-carries-hope

Fraxtor Singapore recently co-hosted an exclusive Australian market outlook alongside Kokoda Capital Partners, bringing together our investor community for a focused discussion on opportunities across Australia’s real estate landscape.

The session featured insights from Nathan Jones (Chief Investment Officer, Kokoda Capital Partners), who shared how capital is being strategically deployed in today’s environment, and how developers are adapting to shifting macroeconomic conditions across key Australian markets.

Complementing this, Darien Bradshaw (Head of Residential Development Sales, JLL Singapore) provided a timely perspective on Australia’s residential sector — highlighting demand drivers, supply dynamics, and where he sees pockets of resilience and opportunity.

As global markets continue to evolve, conversations like these are key to helping our investors stay informed and well-positioned. Thank you to our partners and speakers for the engaging discussion — always valuable to bring these perspectives directly to our investors.
