Last week, we had the pleasure of bringing together an intimate group of guests at the Great Eastern Hewton Fair Suite Private Lounge for an evening exploring how wealth can be preserved, grown and diversified beyond traditional markets.

The discussion covered three areas of private wealth, legacy planning, private equity real estate and whisky cask investing, followed by a whisky tasting led by Mr. Chong Wang, Head of China at Cask Trade Asia.

Moderated by Ms. Charmine Yee of Fraxtor Singapore, the panel featured Mr. Johnny Heng of SMT&P, Mr. Samuel Lee, CEO of Fraxtor Singapore, and Ms. Mo Mei Ling of Cask Trade.

Fraxtor partnered up with Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS) for 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, bringing together industry leaders to discuss the evolving role of private real estate, private markets and alternative investments in portfolio diversification.

Moderated by Mr. Benjamin Goh, Head of Research at SIAS, the panel featured Mr. Samuel Lee of Fraxtor Singapore, Mr. Alan Tan of CapitaLand Investment, Mr. Eugene Lim of The Assembly Place, Mr. Melvin Chay of Knight Frank Singapore and Mr. Young Lim of Mapletree Private Capital Management.

The conversation explored key considerations for investors evaluating private real estate opportunities, including risk, liquidity, investment horizon, portfolio allocation and diversification beyond public markets.

Fraxtor Singapore participated in the UIB Konan Phase III project through its fundraising efforts for the investment opportunity, which comprises of two logistics facilities in Greater Osaka, Japan.

The successful close of fundraising marks Fraxtor's first joint venture with a listed REIT and reflects growing investor confidence in institutional-grade real estate opportunities.
