successfully assisted my buyer to secure a bigger unit at a much lower price when the smaller units are asking about $125,000 more than our purchased price ! another deal clinched without COV for my buyer-turned-friend ! freehold, centralized location, one of the best layout, great view and easily accessible ! most importantly, price was within budget, location is my buyer's preferred location, layout is what my buyer loves the most and everything fits into my buyer's lifestyle and life well !

successfully assisted another client with their upgrading journey with a saving of possibly whopping $250,000 ! and all done timely once again too ! yet again, no COV too ! negotiated the price all the way down & even below valuation amount ! once again, another deal sealed above and beyond buyer's expectation for their most ideal unit among all; and saving this much when their purchase is the biggest size of this unit type in the development.

yet another cold lead turned friends ! i recalled, i was told they will be meeting a total of 8-12 agents (if my memory didnt fail me) and im so thankful and blessed that i was the chosen one eventually. very touched with their kind words about me (whenever we meet and spoke aside from viewings) throughout too ! sold their low floor unit beyond their expected price, managed to secure 3months extension and even gotten buyers to work on my seller's desired completion date too ! now, onwards to looking for their investment units ! here we go :)
