✨It's official! Sedar Properties is now a Certified B Corporation✨

We are so very proud to announce that has achieved a significant milestone on our journey: we are now a Certified ! 🌱 As a , we join a global community of businesses dedicated to using business as a force for good.

What does achieving the certification mean? It means that we've:
👉🏻 Demonstrated high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passed B Lab's risk review
👉🏻 Made a legal commitment by changing our corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders

Practice Theory's talented designers meticulously etched every leaf, bringing this beautiful cedar tree to life!

Inspired by the resilient and timeless cedar tree, we chose "Sedar," a Malay word meaning "intentional" or "conscious," to reflect our purposeful approach to growth.
