I vividly recall approaching the landlady at the poolside of Florence Residences, where she readily shared her contact for the purpose of marketing her 2 bedder. After days of persistent follow-ups, we coordinated a time slot the following weekend to shoot and video of the unit.

Upon entering the property on that day, I was surprised to find not just 1, but 3 agents simultaneously showcasing the unit to potential tenants. It became evident that speed was of the essence, and we needed to move fast in a competitive market. Undeterred by the challenges, I virtual staged the unfurnished property, which had recently TOP-ed.

Utilizing our extensive internal network at ERA, we efficiently secured a qualified tenant for the landlady within a mere 4 days.

What was even more gratifying was the transformation of this cold lead into a warm client relationship. This achievement was attributed to our commitment to providing consistent and exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist in the defect rectification process. 😄

“HDB takes the violation of MOP rules seriously and will not hesitate to carry out enforcement actions,” the spokeswoman added.
