Another roller coaster ride but the deal is done! 🎢🥳

A great collaborative effort from different agencies, me, ECB, and tagger, grinding through 5 crazy days together because the buyer only has 5 days in Singapore. 🥲

Our buyer initially wanted to purchase a resale because it is cheaper and has a lower PSF. Still, after going through the URA policy changes, timeline, and progressive payment, the new launch market made more sense with the full potential upside + rentability upon TOP. 🔑 📈

Why go back to history to buy something of the past? Where URA always changes its policy. 😉

Many thanks boss for updating the presentation kit 🙏🏻🔥 made it so much easier to paint the picture for the buyer. And the quarterly training refreshing through many times with us 😂

My first biggest high-quantum deal closed in Dec 2024. 🍀🍀

Definitely one of the toughest deals because it requires months of negotiation and a lot of advertising resources. Also, there were many setbacks and objections received by the buyers. Nevertheless, a newly record-breaking PSF set for a 5-bedroom penthouse, and also $360k COV.

Huge congratulations to my seller on cashing out of more than a million profits which is something meaningful I have achieved again as a real estate agent. 🍻🍻

Thankful to my seller for the trust and opportunity to work hard for this tough fight deal. 😊😊

This deal fosters a closer relationship with a brother and his family. A long-lost brother called me to assist with the sale of the property because his family wanted to sell above market value, and there were already 2 agents who told them to exit the property based on the valuation given by the lawyer because it is an older estate. 🏡🏡

I confidently shared with my friend that I am able to bring this listing to shoot for the stars if I can, you all just have to trust me and give me time to do it. I am delighted to say that my hard work paid off, I transacted higher than valuation which brings happy faces to my client. 🤗🤗

Now every weekend, I go to my client’s house to eat dinner. 🍴🍴

Another satisfying achievement we have unlocked for our owners.

This is definitely one of the toughest deals and I push through. Lots of money is spent on marketing and social media. Nevertheless, we set a new record-breaking price and sold above valuation for 4 bedrooms, 1109sqft in Trilinq. We sincerely thank our owners for appointing us as their exclusive agent and giving us an opportunity to offload their unit. Also a huge congratulations to my owners for cashing out a hefty sum of cash profit too. We are really really delighted for them which is something meaningful we do as a real estate agent. 🤗🤗

We started listing this unit in Aug 2023, multiple viewings were conducted, multiple objections/rejections were received by the buyers, and we faced many setbacks. Against all odds, we still get things done for our owners. 💪🏻💪🏻
