Another happy occasion calling for celebrations.
Thankeu for the trust and treating me as a friend. It’s was a tenuous & long journey, we had to rent for 2yrs paying high rental before they embark into their new home.

Constantly following up with law firm to ensure they get their keys at the earliest date and calling bank to disburse the final payment. Looking back, all the hardwork and long wait was worth it after seeing their jubilant faces and delighted smiles when we were notified on key collections date ❤️

Congrats on receiving keys to your Riverfront Residences condo, already sitting on paper gain of more than $500k. Hopefully by the time I help you sell, it breaks $700k profit ❤️

Next up: To ensure your defects are rectified timely and renovation is in place so that we can move in at the earliest possible date. We are still on rental and paying crazy high rent 😱

Clients turn friends turn chillout buddies
They were searching on the market for more than 9 months, only get to meet them 3 months ago yet we clique instantly. They were initially more interested in another newer condo at Queenstown but being so familiar with all the projects there, been Tagger at Queens Peak & Margarvet Ville and owner of Stirling Residences, I shown them why CWT is the ideal choice!

Within 2 viewings, we put in offer and the rest is history. It’s been our 5th outing since they bought commonwealth towers 2brs through me(servicing buyers, have another seller agent). Manage to secure them a good deal.

Eg: 3 floors lower than us transacted at $45k higher than our unit and same stack. FYI the unit were sold slightly before ours. We were initially keen on the top floor unblock unit but they were asking $1.6m. In the end, top floor unit sold at $120k higher than our unit which is just a mere 4 floors lower.

We were on the market searching for a good buy with dumbell layout which is more than 700sqft. Saw plenty of resale unit...

We were on the market searching for a good buy with dumbell layout which is more than 700sqft. Saw plenty of resale units but it’s either too old or poorly maintain. Got a good queue number(21) for Blossom by the Park, prices were good but to be honest, the 2+S layout was cramp and wall to wall distance in living room is a mere 2.3m. They cannot imagine themselves living in there so we decided to walk away.

Propose to them a Freehold East side condo and it was love at first sight. Big congrats to our buyers for securing a good buy at Continuum. Special thanks to Ethel for tagging and holding the fort while I’ve to rush off midway to another closing in the West.

This is the toughest hdb I’ve ever sold
Condition as seen in pic, mouldy, run down, low floor, no view, facing electrical station and it’s less than 52yrs lease left.

Even on 3rd floor, we transacted at the highest psf and pricing for the block. Kudos to my amazing cobroke Linda from MLA who brought their buyers and seal the deal.

To add on to the challenge, seller is firm
on his prices. Negotiation lasted for 1 month before OTP was couriered today
