25 out of 39 units at landed development, Luxus Hills (Contemporary Collection) are sold at an average selling price of $2060 psf.

The strong interest comes from earlier release Luxus Hills Signature Collection.

Developers sold 618 private home, up 14.9% from the 538 moved in December and 437 units sold in January last year. This is the best performing January sales in 7 years.

According to analysts, the sales were driven by competitively priced existing projects and a spurt of buying by foreigners in the prime or core central region.

In my opinion, there are still many factors not discussed in regards to what lead to property price increase in Singapore.

If just purely looking at CPF return in short term, it is right and perhaps may not applied to all properties.

In my line of work, I often hear comments from people mentioning balcony is a wasted space, and as much as possible, they prefer not to have it.

I am hearing less of such comments these days as many people are getting creatives with their balcony space, making it useful by decorating with different theme.

HDB resale transaction volume increase by 3.3% in January 2020 compared to December 2019.

Overall, HDB resale price increase by 0.5% in January 2020 compared to December 2019 (Subject to different Estate).

Around 5902 flats will be eligible to join the HDB resale market in the next 3 months as these units approach their MOP.

4 HDB resale flat were transacted for at least $1million last month.
