Welcome a new neighbour! 🤭
Transacted the 9th unit in Lentor new launches and I’m so glad we overcame all odds to finally assisted this cute family to upgrade to a 4 bedder in Lentor from an EC in the North!

The family connected through my FB ad and we took 3 months to offload their very “unique” 3 bedroom layout type in the slower resale market (choosing a right unit has its own set of framework, buy correctly!)
