Reaching the end of the chapter. 3 families, 3 agents, a journey that spans all the way since November 2019.

A true example of perserverance for all involved. A buying and selling process that is filled with highs and lows, the appeals, the re-issue of documents, the coordination and the many compromises between all parties.

From before the Covid to the circuit breaker to phase 1 and then to phase 2. The challenges were real but for each other, everyone involved held on. And it has reached its end. Noone took a step back and it all ends with all hand in hand to the finishing line.

This is for sure the longest process i have been a part of and one that has a lot or learning points. An experience definitely gained. Now flipping over a new chapter of the book, congrats to everyone involved.

Agent Hassan, Agent Dawood, Agent Zakiah, the lawyers, the hdb officers, the buyers and sellers, the sea has been rough but we have reached our destination. This will part of memories.

Happy to end the day with securing a unit for my buyers. Buyer have been viewing for more than a month but missing out on a few units.

With the very limited number of listings in Woodlands and the ethnic quota getting tight, i am pleased the deal is done. Now to walk the buyers through the processes till completion.
