We are entering a new era where AI is becoming part of almost every industry, and Real Estate is no exception. From analysing property data, enhancing photos and videos, creating better marketing materials, AI can be a powerful tool to help us serve everyone better.
Recently, someone even reached out to us after finding our names through AI, which made me realise how much the way people search for property advice is already changing.
But at the end of the day, property is still deeply human. Behind every buying, selling, upgrading, or investment decision, there is a family, a timeline, a financial situation, and personal emotions involved. AI can support the data and marketing side, but it cannot replace the human touch, judgement, and understanding needed to guide owners properly.
So for us, the goal is not to let AI take over, but to use it wisely, to advise better, market better, and help our owners make clearer, more confident property decisions.
