What's the amount of money 💰 you need every month when you retire?

It's a question 🤔 that many of us haven't really thought of.
and I was one of them. I didn't feel the necessity to figure it out yet as it's still 20 or 30 years down the road.

But life is pretty much unpredictable, isn't it? I was almost at the chopping board 🔪 at one time and with the pandemic 🌎, inflation 📈 and recession 💸 that are looming, I came to a realisation that there's no such thing as job security.

Nominication is a Japanese word that combines both nomi (drink) 🍻 and the English word 'communication' 📞. It refers to the art of communicating and bonding through the process of drinking with others.

I still remember when I went to Vietnam 🇻🇳 to setup development team for cryptocurrency project 🔐 and I had the privilege to join an after hour nominication session in a bar like atmosphere with all the Japanese IT expats in HCMC, arranged by a host who are serving meal and drink while connecting all of us.

The 'magic' 🪄 happens in the session where the barriers 𝌉 among all of us who were strangers disappear in an instant and the man's best secrets are being told,....

I felt the same way during the kopi session ☕️ with Sam Lim and Alan Poh Division where Sam didn’t hold back and empower us by sharing his trade secrets. Wouldn’t you feel good and energised ⚡️ when you are surrounded with positive + and like minded people?

It is really a privilege to be in a team which values trust and relationship.
