What a Saturday, combining dedicated mentorship with hitting the ground running!

It was time for my usual half-yearly catch-up with one of my Gen Z achiever agent, Wang Ying. I'm so proud she just concluded a private sale. Moving ahead, she's focusing on elevating her personal branding so she can add even more value to her clients. That’s how we build competence and success in our team.

​In the afternoon, it was straight back to our regular LandedElite open houses. This time I partnered up with Nicharee Ong and we put in a solid session, starting at 1pm and wrapping up at 7pm.

​The long hours paid off big time! In one session, we managed to secure:

2. Two Private Condos for Lease
3. ​Quality Buyer Leads including a very established landed developer
