The EC income ceiling just went up — but not everywhere you might think 👀

Here's the breakdown:

📈 Singles HDB: $7,000 → $8,000
📈 ECs: $16,000 → $18,000

But here's the key detail most people miss — the new EC ceiling only kicks in for developments where the land sale tender closes on or after Aug 24. If you're looking at balance units in existing EC projects, the old $16,000 limit still applies.

So if you've been eyeing an EC, timing matters. Make sure you know which projects fall under the new rules before you book your viewing 🏡
