The Taman Jurong Zone E RC Youth Chapter is a youth interest group under the guidance of Taman Jurong Zone E Residents’ Committee. Started in early-2014, our Yo
uth Chapter has a diversity of youths coming from various backgrounds and institutions. We all share a common passion of giving our best to the community and lending a helping hand to our neighbours in need through community events and projects. We believe that through small acts of goodwill and an open heart, we are able to contribute in our own special way for a meaningful cause and at the same time, embracing the goodness of a strong community. Our members are deeply involved in community work that allows them to learn and grow in a safe environment outside their campus life and work. We practice four core values in all that we do - Compassion, Appreciation, Respect and Excellence. These values have guided us well over the years and have unified our youth community into a strong cohesion of passionate and mature individuals ready to create a positive difference for our community. Today, our Youth Chapter stays strong as a team with over a hundred registered members and volunteers. Under the leadership of the Youth Chapter Chairman and the Executive Committee, we remain committed to deliver our best in what we do as young community leaders. We are always ready to seek new opportunities that allow our youths to develop leadership qualities and platforms that deepen and enrich our skills. We will continue to transform our youths of today into young aspiring leaders of tomorrow with the core values close to our hearts - because we care for our community; we care for you.
